Charter
I, Jonathan Archer, captain of the starship USS Enterprise, would like to establish a task force for the enjoyment of playing Counter Strike: Source with the aim of becoming a strong gamming clan that will grow and eventually manage our own Counter Strike: Source server. Though it will take time and hard work, I believe this is a feasible task.
A VOIP server will be offered by my Senior Officer, Commander Tucker. He will be the administrator of this server and will hold the rights to do what is necessary to keep the peace among members.
On these servers, I expect a code of conduct to be followed. There will be no discouraging members and no yelling. Jibber-jabber should be kept to a minimum. Once our team is completely dead, then the server may be open for talking. If there is one member that is still alive, I expect that the most common courtesy be shown by absolute silence until the round is over.
I expect this clan to grow in size and grow to care for each other. You all have the honor of wearing the MACO tag and presenting the MACO spray. Play with pride for MACO and make your Captain proud!
Sincerely,
Jonathan Archer
About .:MACO:.
.:MACO:. (Military Assault Command Operations) is a Counter Strike: Source clan based on the television series Star Trek: Enterprise. .:MACO:. was formed in February of 2007 by Jonathan Archer and Charles Tucker to bring together the remaining members of the former [FBI] Clan. With life responsibilities imposing on the leaders of .:MACO:., it became impossible to maintain and was disbanded August 29, 2008. Some members of .:MACO:. continued to play together and in September 2010, .:MACO:. was reformed with the remaining members.
.:MACO:. offers a structured clan who utilizes teamwork and tactics to win rounds. Along with tactics and teamwork, we are also a close group of friends from all parts of North America. .:MACO:. has a complete set of ranks and members have room for advancement in the clan as skill, hard work, and dedication are rewarded. We host our own Ventrilo server and have plans to once again host our own Counter Strike: Source server.
